My Son

Located 69 kilometres southwest of Da Nang, My Son is a UNESCO World Heritage Site.  For most of its existence, it was the religious and political centre of the Champa Kingdom.

Also known as Thanh Dia My Son, My Son Holy Land, or the Valley of the Kings, it is an area of  extensive Cham ruins.

These Hindu temples were constructed between the 4th and the 13th century AD by the kings of Champa.  Around 20 structures still survive where at least 70 once stood.

Your guide will take you on a tour of the ruined tower-temples in groups A, B, C and D.

Most tour groups arrive at the site in the mid-morning rush hour, so our earlier arrival gives a better opportunity to enjoy the mysterious atmosphere and good photo opportunities.

Do some research about My Son before heading on this tour to make the excursion even more meaningful and enjoyable.
